I claimed for a windscreen. It was my first ever claim after being with budget insurance for years. And it went smoothly. The ladies kindly reminded me that glass claims need to be done within 30 days. But assisted me anyway. Even though it had been months since the incident. I am happy that I was assisted with no hassles.
