I have been waiting over four months for Budget Insurance Warranty to approve my claim. My car has been stripped at the dealer since June, and Letlhogonolo Ratsie shows zero urgency or communication. Every week it’s “waiting for management.” Completely unacceptable service and no accountability from this company!
