I choose cheap coz I'm a small business

I am a small business that employes 20 temp & on site staff. I had an accident in my premises on Monday 4th May I called and spoke to Miriam@ business claims we went through the claim when she is done she tells me I'm not covered I ask why she refers me to the schedule she tells me we have no accidental cover selected fair I suppose she points me to perils covered I challange her on it she condescend to me I advise not to do that she doesn't apologise tells me instead that she will put me through to her supervisor I accept & after holding for her supervisor for nearly 20 mins I get cut off No call back I call back hold for Miriam then get cut off again. I AM ALSO at work. As per your schedule our business is covered for accidental damage to glass tops regardless of how that occurs don't choose perils on your schedule that suit you& not your client this is what I was attempting to get across to Miriam before her rude gene reared it's head. I get what was being said to me however I need to be heard as my point of view is also valid. Not sure what my recourse is I won't leave budget they work for my business size.<br> &the service I usually get is Super Miriam left me with a bad taste.
