I called to inquire about a debit order that didn't go off for November, and the call agent informed me that she'll put in an inquiry at the relevant offices to set up a DebiCheck for future payments. She also assured me I'm free to call again if they don't take their money in a timely manner (so as not to negatively affect my credit score).
