I called to cancel my car insurance policy with Budget Insurance due to financial reasons. The consultant was kind and very helpful to me. She explained other options I have with Budget Insurance instead of completely canceling my policy. I took one of the options she presented, and I am so relieved. The amendment of my policy was easy. Being with Budget Insurance has been a good experience for me so far. Their consultants are good.
