I called them today to request a policy review with purpose of lowering the premium of course, guess what, the agent changed the nature of my cover from retail value to trade value without first agreeing with me after he asked more than 3 times if my vehicle is still financed and said yes. I had to call them again to rectify. I feel so dissapointment.
