I called last week to enquire about my policy

I called last week to enquire about my policy. A very professional lady picked up my call and her name is Natalie Oodit. She was very friendly and attentive. She made me understand my policy better and even told me something I didn’t know and was not told about in the very beginning. She promised to give me a call back for that little problem.
