I called in with a query regarding my annual premium increase and I was assisted by Nazareen who was very calm,helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease,she went through alot of information which was extremely helpful and was very patient with Mr in understanding the product,she was very knowledgeable and showed alot of interest in my concerns which were put to rest by the end of the conversation,I have been with budget since 2015 and have never let me down.
