I called in to Budget concerned about the price of my premiums

I called in to Budget concerned about the price of my premiums. I was routed to Janelle, she very helpful and patient. She explained everything in detail and where I got confused she was more than willing to simplify all the options available to me so that I could better understand. After this, I was happier with the premium with on the car I currently have insured with Budget. And, in the same call and because of her I then asked if I could be quoted on my other cars. I will definitely be insuring my other cars too. Thank you, Janelle
