I called in for a claim and was assisted by Vino Pillay who was polite and patient. She explained everything to me in the most simplistic way and even answered all the questions I had. She also re-explained when I was uncertain about things that she had initially went though. Even though I was anxious about the issue and the claims procedure, She helped me feel calm and at ease, and we even had a good laugh about the incident.
