I called in cos my policy review revealed that my premium was increasing quite alot. I spoke to Alisha who assisted me in record time to reduce the premium to a more affordable amount. She was polite, kind and clued up on my requests. She also assisted by connecting me to the Vaps department where she even explained to the consultant my query which reduced the time i needed to be on the call. Thank you Alisha.
