I called Budget Insurance today in a panic mode about the debit order amount. I thought they had debited an incorrect amount. Not only that, I wanted to make sure the debit order had through. I just became a single parent and wanted to make sure all was is order before facing the January month. Luckily I got through to a God sent angel, Claudine. I'm so grateful for the amazing service she provided. Such service is hard to find in today's times. She offered to call me back. Managed to calm me down and insured me all was in order. She truly made my day. She even offered me additional cover to make sure all my insurance needs are covered, adhering to TCF protocols. Keep up the good work Claudine and stay blessed lady.
