I called Budget Insurance this morning due to my incident with my car's back windscreen. Senisha Ramlall assisted me and has taken me through the steps. She helped me to put the claim through telephonically and the claim was sent through to Glasfit for replacement. Her assistance, patience and kindness was very much appreciated.
