I called Budget insurance and I was assisted by Kerryn Singh, I told him that I am surprised I have open a car insurance policy with them last week but I never receive any document. Kerryn did not waste time, he apologies and ask for my details, he checked for me as to why didn’t I receive anything, then he find out that my email was incorrect, he immediately change it and update my details and send the documents immediately. Thank you so much Kerryn I was in the dark not knowing were I stand but you brought the light in seconds. 🙏🙏🙏
