I call two times ear...

I call two times earlier today requesting for a document but I didn’t receive the document via email then i called again after some hours then a nice lady Rehka Rampurtab was at my service I explained to her my problem then she told me that is gonna double check if my email address was correct she did that I find my email address was written incorrectly she sorted everything then she also explained to me that the document am looking for doesn’t have all the information required before she can send it…then my problem was resolved and she even advised me to call in and do some update on my policy,and assisted me with the web also because I couldn’t log in now am happy and her service was excellent …her service was great
