I call 3 times to adjust my value added policy by including another vehicle and all 3 times nobody could help. Saying that they will get someone to call back and never did or they will transfer my call and the call is cut. Today was a whole different experience. I spoke to Saadya who was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond to assist. She promised to call back and she did. She even got Thusi from Value Added Products to explain a snag in the system. Well done ladies. Because of you I will stay at Budget insurance.
