I am really not happy with how my claim is being handled, i have been paying your company for so many years. From the delays of registering a claim from last week to this. I do not know if you have or have not received any documents regarding my claim as there is no response at all from your emails. I spoke to Joshua this morning, he was still asking and needing contact details of the dealer even though I (my self) and the dealer have sent through documents and pictures to support my claim where all the details of the dealer and the claim are contained. I need a decision taken whether you authorise or not, not this nonsense of making me run a round as if you will be doing me a favor. This is the reference number i was given when registering the ***/1
