I am not happy with the service
I have a problem with this insurance, i pay approximately R2100 of premiums but when its time to fix my car they Authorised second hand parts.. whats that nonsense. I have called them to follow up on the panelbeaters they chose (SNK panelbeaters in mthatha), concerning my car that has been there for the past 9 months and i am still waiting for a feedback.. Budget do not have care and they are bit genuine, according to my experience with them.
