I am more so rating Goitseona 5 stars because to be honest, it was frustrating at first because I was not receiving any form on communication on my claim and I kept calling in , till I called in and got a hold of Goitseona- and although this claim wasn’t initially assigned to him, he immediately gave me updates and even got my claim settled, he was so patient throughout, went above and beyond to make sure I am happy. What a gem he was and definitely such a great claims agent- wish him all the success in his career, he is absolutely incredible
