I am here to complain about BUDGET INSURANCE , I have always heard of insurance companies that doesnt wanna payout when its time to claim from them.

I took insurance for my iphone with BUDGET INSURANCE, I had covered my phone for R9k , I reported my phone lost on the 20th of December 2017, I was told that they will give me replacement of my phone for R6k and amount of R1400 for access fee is required, mind you I was paying premiums for a phone covered for 9k, they requested proof of purchase and I did not have, when I took the policy I was advised that should I loose my phone or report it ****** they will need case number however I provided them with the case number ITC number and IMEI number yet they asked for my icloud account details yet they have deducted their premium for Jan 2018 yet I don't have a phone. I spent the festive season without a phone, this is so ****** inconveniencing me! Their services is so pathetic!! I have heard stories that they never want to pay out they will always find excuses. I want the amount that I have covered my phone for and they must stop telling me that my phone was over covered consultants must do their jobs properly this is unacceptable!!I want my claim to be paid out end of business today, I have been patient with them.
