I am fully insured but refuse to pay out claim

<p>I am over insured for my home contents to make sure my Apple Mac and Camera are covered. I dropped my Apple Mac today at home and the screen is damaged. This is covered under my insurance. However because the Mac is worth over R5000 and is "portable" they say it is not covered. So how can you charge me for the insurance of my possessions which I pay every month and then when I make a claim for the thing I have insured you say it is worth too much. Though I pay for this exact worth every month. They say they wil only pay for it if it is coverered as a portable posssession even though it was damaged at home. What is the point of having insurance , I must ask !!! ???? </p>
