I am a new customer and the service consultants I have dealt with are amazing and very eager to help

I am a new customer and the service consultants I have dealt with are amazing and very eager to help. But the budget insurance app has not given me joy with regards to doing a self inspection for my insured car. I was expecting a seemless self inspection there. So if that can improve then my rating would improve
