I always receive excellent service from Budget ins

Wow \ Wonderful oh wonderful today I thought why not give budget and the consultants what they deserve <br> An ACCOLADE :-) The effeciency of picking up my calls I DONT STAY ON THE PHONE waiting while getting agitated and and listening to YOU ARE NR 2 ON THE LINE .... my point is they are very quick to answer their phones. I first spoke to Bernet at the call centre who was very helpful and didnt want to waste my time but instead transfered the call to the relevant department after I have told him what I needed. Bernett was very professional and very helpful. I was then transfered to Thami Sidu who knew precise what I needed as he didnt waste time by asking so"why are you calling\"" knowing that the previous consultant had already informed him...this goes without saying I HAD SAID I WILL NOT LEAVE BUDGET NO MATTER WHAT OTHER INSURANCE OFFER ME\""Client service means a lot to me\"" If given enough space I would type accolades for budget insurance until my fingers are sore:-) Excellent service received from Bernett & Thami Sidu """
