I always get great service from Budget, from doing reviews to claims. All my claims have been paid out. Recently, I've just put in a claim for scratch and dents, and Shaleen Ramsayi has been and continues to be so helpful. They have tried to get me NAKED saying I'd pay less. I choose to BUDGET well with great service and pay just a little bit more. 😉
