How can Budget Insurance Agents not read

I recently took out insurance with Budget for my vehicle that is used by my mother. Somehow in that call it got communicated that the policy should be in my mother's name. I have no legal right to enter into an agreement on behalf of my mother so how this was even allowed I cannot begin to fathom.

I emailed budget on 22/02/2019 requesting the cancellation of my policy and stating again in the email that I own the vehicle and I pay the premiums and that the policy should have been in my name. Budget Insurance subsequently proceeded to stalk my mother, who obviously did not answer her phone as I deal with the insurance policy (which was supposed to be in my name). A beautiful email was sent by Haley Kriel on 26/02/2019 detailing their failure to contact my mother and the need for a telephonic conversation to cancel the policy in question. I rep**** on 26/02/2019 five hours later expressing my frustration that no one at Budget Insurance seems to be able to read my email or comprehend what I am trying to convey. I again stated that the policy is wrongfully added in my mothers name. I reiterate the fact that I am by no means authorized to enter into a legal agreement on behalf of my mother.

Low and behold on 03/05/2019 I get an email from Mary Hlatshwayo stating that Budget Insurance requires written consent from my mother in order to take instruction from me to make changes to the policy. In spectacular fashion I lost all manners and rep**** in ALL CAPS and used the BOLD function to emphasize what seems to continuously be lost in what was previously very courteous and professional emails. I could be really horrible and just claim that the agreement with Budget Insurance is not a legal and binding agreement as my mother never consented to the agreement, I am however trying to be considerate. I must note that my patience is wearing thin, how on earth does Budget Insurance employ so many people who are incapable of reading an email????
