Household contents claim

I'm a budget client and I lodged a claim on 27 July 2016 for household contents being water damaged during the heavy rains in durban. Two days later I got an email from Telesure saying that an assessor had been appointed for my claim. A week later I get a call from a company called Extract from Cape Town from a very rude lady named Mary who is the owner of the company. She assures me that the very next day, Friday 5th August, her son would come by to assess. Saturday I give her a call and she says that she is too busy and all she's trying to do is assist me. Assist me in what? I'm a paying Budget Insurance customer. I don't need assistance. I need my claim to be resolved. And who is Telesure or Extract? Why is there no contact or service from my insurance company? Just a bunch of *******

It's now 18 August 2016 and my claim is still not resolved. Digicall came and took pics of the damages and receipt of the linen we replaced. Dry force took away our curtains 2 weeks ago and till date have not returned them. Carpets have still not been cleaned. Quotation for furniture have been sent twice to Telesure last week but still no response.
I am disgusted with Budget service and would appreciate if a MANAGER call me to cancel my insurance. And to Dry Force, if my curtains are not returned asap, a case of theft will be opened.
