Horrible service with heartless employees
We received most horrible service and our problem still not solved after a hail storm damaged a portion of our roof on the 19/09/23 we had a bad weather in most parts of South Africa as I type this 21/09 roof still not fixed all I’m getting is “I’m sorry” they still have not sent an adept at this moment I feel they are looking for reason not to pay and haven’t found it yet while putting our lives at risk .
