Horrible service from budget insurance

Of all the insurance i have ever had budget is the terrible horrible insurance. On the 25 of September 2020 my car broke down. I called them because I have an extended warranty with them. It was my first time claiming from them. I was referred to the garage in Vryheid. The assessor came and assessed the car. He never filed his report till this day. My claim is not processed nor approved. It's the 3rd week now. When I call to follow up they telling me they are waiting for the assessor. Lame excuse for such a big company. They don't keep their part of the deal. Time wasters *********** people
