Horrible service from Budget Car Insurance!!

I'm glad I'm not one of their customers!! I got a horrible experience dealing with Budget as third party. One of their customers crashed into my car and he admitted that his foot slipped on pedals while trying to avoid a pothole and lost control. Budget investigated for a month and decided to repair the car for their client and then told me as third party victim to claim from the relevant municipality as they are responsible for fixing potholes. I'm expected to argue a case on behalf of their (Budget) client. Besides this, their customer services is horrible!! They don't respond to emails and everything feels wrong. If you have never claimed from Budget and you are their client, you are warned!
