Horrible service

I’m very disappointed with the service i always get with Budget Scratch and Dent cover. Well the Sales who assisted when I took the cover, he explained to me should in future my car tyres need to be replaced, they’ll will replace them with no access fee! Now my car tyres they’re not on good condition as the steering is shaking while I’m driving, they’re refusing to resolve the matter, changing the statement saying i should pay the premium for August first before the proceed the claim, I have been loyal paying my premiums well, but they’re saying they can only pay 10% and I must pay the rest! Blaming the Sales who assisted me. When I made the claim I was told to go Tiger Wheels for quotation they’ll proceed the claim instead of doing so they were even rude to the stuff at Tiger Wheels. My heart is broken as I’m putting my life is at risk!!!
