horrible service
Good day,
I am writing this email as a matter of concern on the repairs of my vehicle, Renew it greenstone received parts on the 14th of February, and I was advised that the vehicle has been stripped for panel beating on the 21st of February I was there yesterday to check on the status of my car as the curtesy car is scheduled to return on Friday. I was advised by Sharon who is very rude and lacks empathy that my vehicle still has four more stages to undergo and each stage takes about for days so my vehicle would still be with their premises for an additional 16 days , I have emphasized the urgency of the repair of my vehicle as I use it for work purposes it is now almost three months I am beginning to think that something beyond the repair of the burnet and the front is being done. I have concerns as this vehicle is fairly new, I also do not understand how Budget Insurance has not followed up with Renew it (being their chosen panel beater) on the repair of my vehicle. i have said this before and i am saying it again i cannot afford to go on without Mobility. i again say this renew it was not my chosen panel beaters it was chosen by you guys. how does it take 3 months to replace a burnet? Their level of inefficiency is out of this world, and they could care less. i cannot go on without a vehicle for 16 additional days as a result of a panelbeaters inefficency.
That is concerning to hear, and we would like to apologize for the service and experience.
Our team will be in contact with you to discuss your concerns.
Kind Regards,
The Budget Team

I am writing this email with so much disbelieve at the horrible service that I have received thus far from Renew it Greenstone which was chosen by Budget Insurance to repair my vehicle.
I logged a call with Budget insurance on the 21st of December 2023 under the claim number ***AD01 and was advised that the call was assigned to renew it greenstone, my vehicle stood in my garage till the 9th of January 2024 as a result of the panel beaters not operation during the course of the festive season, I was then advised to drive my vehicle to renew it greenstone having had advised that the burnet was also damaged. I almost got into an accident as the burnet hit my windscreen whilst driving as a result of it being damaged.
My Life was placed at risk as a result of negligence from the panel beaters, my Vehicle has since been at renew it greenstone parked at the very back of the premises amongst the 100 cars that haven't been attended to.
A curtesy car was arranged for me as I was in desperate need of a vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle can only be provided for 30 days and it is scheduled to return on Monday the 12th of February, I have driven to the panel beaters on two occasions as a result of not getting any feedback. The last time I was there was on Monday the 5th of February only to be advised that the ETA for the parts for my vehicle is the 24th of February, I then proceeded to call Budget Insurance as the Curtesy car would have to return before any repairs are done on my vehicle and unfortunately I could not get the name of the lady I spoke to who advised that I would get a call from Budget Insurance's curtesy car division regarding another curtsey car and to date I haven't received a call.
I have had to call myself today and spoke to a lady by the name of Patience Duma who advised that the turnaround time for a call from your Curtesy car division is 48 hours, information I was not advised of when I made the first call, and proceeded to make me hold for a lengthy period of time without giving me any reassurance of her still being on the other line. I have read the numerous horrible customer experiences regarding renew it greenstone and I would assume that Budget Insurance is aware of the complaints on regarding customer's cars being repaired after a period of three months. why then would an organization as big as Budget Insurance refer its clients to such an *********** panel beater further to that why would you have a curtsey car available to a client for only 30 days? I as your client didn't pick renew it greenstone as a fit panel beater to fix my vehicle why then should i suffer whilst paying a monthly premium for a service i believed would be worth my while. i cannot go on without a vehicle for three months i need my vehicle.
