HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION

They did not even investigate my accident, they just said it was my fault for changing lanes, whereas their client, came speeding in the lane which I was already in and I tried moving out of the way to avoid being hit at the back but according to them I should have let him hit me at the back then the claim would have succeeded. The most useless insurance I've ever dealt with. The service is **********ly bad. No communication at all. I have to keep following up. The people there do not do their job. I am beyond modified. Three weeks of waiting for the legal department to get back to me regarding my excess recovery, only to be told that they do not have a record on my request. Yet, I spent 15 minutes on the call with their agent. 4 weeks to approve a claim, and my car is still not ready. USELESS Do not join this if you like your piece.
