Horrible Service

<p>So, Budget called me last year and convince me to switch insurance providers. Based off the wonderful sell, I switched over. Unfortunately, had my first incident in April when I bumped the under carriage of my Peugeot 407 ST in a dip which caused an oil leak and eventually led to some damage. Peugeot then assessed the damage and deemed the engine to have siezed, at this point I contacted Budget and they towed it to their yard where they assessed the damage and rejected the claim. The assessor then admitted that he did not speak to Peugeot or assess the engine damage only the exterior damage and resubmitted the claim. After two months of calls to Budget and no feedback whatsoever, it was escalated. Unfortunatley, neither the call center, the assessor, the claims manager, complaints department and production manager returns phone calls and messages. This is disgusting considering that they phoned me and convinced me to switch insurance brokers. Switching to budget was the worst decision I've made. I emplore everyone who reads this review to kindly reconsider switching to Budget Insurance and all their affiliates.</p>
