Horrible Insurence for your household content

If you decide to join this insurence you will regret at claim stage. I took out a COMPREHENSIVE household contents insurance with them. Their policy schedules are very sketchy; they will look for loopholes to not pay your claims. I submitted an accidental damage claim for the audio interface for my speakers which they declined. Their reason for rejection was that they do not cover for accidental damages under home contents for audio/sound equipment. There is nowhere in my policy schedule where it is written that there is no cover for accidental damages under home contents for audio/sound equipment but only for TV, Furniture and Mirrors. My policy does not mention that TV, Furniture and Mirrors are the ONLY items covered for accidental damages (rather it says that cover ALSO INCLUDES). This is unhead of! When I took out the cover I was told that it was a comprehensive cover for my home content without any provided knowledge that it covers selected items under specified conditions.

Very disappointed in Budget Insurence, I would never advice anyone to insure their household with them.
