Horrible household insurance. 10 years of lotalty down the drain

Been with budget for close to 10 years. Never missed a debit or claimed for anything. Few days ago my appliances got busted. After claiming now I’m being told all sorts of excuses. Anything to avoid paying the claim. You know what? I’m done. Please cancel this policy all together. Clearly you’ve benefited from my clear donations. Well done. I’m out.
