Horrible Experience with Budget Insurance Warranty

I have a Car warranty with Budget insurance, I took the car to Kia Alberton to be fix and the said they will pay R2000, and I have to pay the rest. Till today they have not paid any cent. When I call them, they keep me on hold for 10 to 30 minutes till i run out of airtime, sometimes their line will cut. I called them almost every day with no help and payment.
