Horrible experience claiming from budget insurance.

I was involved in a car accident on the 6th January 2026. Hajra ismail keeps on asking me to send an insurance history letter which i have i have sent. The letter does not show any claims but she wants the letter to specify that i did not claim from my previous insurance. My previous insurance says that if had claimed from them, the claim would appear on the insurance history letter and the letter is system generated and they cannot alter the letter but hajra wants the letter to specify that i didn't claim so i am stuck between a rock and a hard place.
