HORRIBLE , DISRESPECTFUL,*********** POOR SERVICE

HORRIBLE , DISRESPECTFUL,*********** POOR SERVICE ....Been Calling Since last year to cancel a a policy value add that I cancelled in 2007 been told they are going to look for recordings this was last year and nobody got back to me , now I called again Policy only got cancelled now after 12 yrs ,still no phone recordings or way forward why was it not cancelled when I called last year ......nobody gets back to me I keep calling like a FOOL.......its 12 years of my hard earned being taken from me....wanna close off this chapter and want nothing to do with BUDGET
