Horrible customer Service !!!

I have been with budget for many years. my claims have always been handled professionally.

However the last 2 claims was horrible. The call center promises someone will call you. But no calls. The assessor are like Gods. It is impossible to get hold of one and they NEVER callback.

I am still awaiting for customer service to get back tome about my claim June that was contested.

My August claim ( 11 Aug 2021 ) - my car has been repaired and I am still waiting for legal to contact the third party. Legal received documents a week ago. When i called yesterday they had not done anything. I was promised that legal ( Candice ) was to call me before end of day ( 30 Aug 2021 ) she was also promised to call me on the 24 Aug 2021 . I am still waiting.

I want my Car. I expect Budget to recover the money from third party. I also expect the assessor to call me.
