Horrible client service

6 months ago when my car have problems I was denied a courtesy car due to my policy not permitting, I let that go, now I’m putting through a claim for my car again, the claim is denied yet again for reasons that do not make sense to me, I have called twice requesting feedback but I get told someone will call me back and that never happens, but premiums I pay religiously and I have all my assurance products with them from my house to the car, that outsurance adsblooks more enticing right now , maybe it’s time for change for me
