Holiday benefit not paid

I have Policy with budget insurance for both my cars and I took a holiday benefits for both of them but guess what I only got paid holidays for one car and I have been made to run up and down for the other car holiday benefit that was not paid…Im always being referred to the the next person with no solution,the other two times I called I was told the matter was eacalated to the managers and they should sort that one but clearly I am being taken for a ride.Policy number - ***
