Hmm

I recently asked budget insurance to cancel my VAS cause obviously their service is not up to scratch, they send you a policy cancellation letter and all that Jazz but still debit your account like they own your bank???????????? How ridiculous is that?? And they so quick to give u all these rules and regulations but cannot adhere to their customers request. I wonder who gave them authority to debit my account after I canceled my policy with them?
