Burglary from my lapa. While writing me up for the policy, I specifically told them (on the recorded telephone conversation) that I have audio and video equipment in there, they now repudiate the claim because there was no \forced entry". This is according to some \""terms and conditions\"" which does NOT appear on the policy"
