Hidden costs when cancelling Budget Insurance

When cancelling insurance with Budget they don't tell you about their partner in crime Netstar who will continue to bill you months after the insurance has been cancelled. I was never told that I apparently had a 3 year contract agreed to on my behalf by Budget which is now costing me R800+ to cancel. Budget also never gave my registration number through to Netstar, so I really don't know what kind of service they were offering as they had no details about my vehicle - total sham by both companies.
