Hi - Policy amendement
Hello, I have raised an complaint on my premium amendment in the month of July 2015. Customer relations specialist contacted me and promised me to reduce my monthly premium amount once I get excess amount back. Now i got my excess amount back from the other insurance company, its time to reduce my monthly premium. Can you please look intho the matter.
