Hi, Im Faith. I was unfortunately recently involved in a hit and run accident, where a taxi rode head-on into us. My car was a total write-off. At the time of the accident I was 32 weeks pregnant.Budget was called on my behalf and they sorted out the towing etc. Upon release from hospital, a Budget consultant contacted me regarding the accident to assist with a claim.This was the best outcome and smoothest process I've ever experienced, being my 1st accident at that. All consultants I dealt with, Dimakatso, Nompumelelo and Theron greatly assisted me and did so with compassion given that im further long in my pregnancy.
