heartless insurance company ever!!!

On the 02/09/2020I was bumped by their client who did not stop on the stop sign and my car was beyond repair. I filled a claim under the guy who is insured with Budget insurance. While claim was in process I was asked to send pictures of my damaged car, which I did. They never came to assess my damaged car then boom my claim was authorized and the worse night mare of my life their offer was R16,434.40. Today I don't have a car because there is nothing I can do with what was offered by Budget or Telesure. Their calculation are as follow:

A= Client damages-R29 744 x 40 % =R11 897.00 B= TP damages-R47 220.00 x 60% =R28 332.00 B-A: R16,434.40

Even their own client could not believe what I was offered.

Someone called to explain how they came to the total of R16,434.400 because I caused 40% of the accident lol what a joke. I was supposed to avoid the accident he said,'' by flying maybe". There was no way out trust me. so now because I did not have wings from what they were supposed to pay me they less R11,897.60 saying that was the damaged I caused to their client.

Your client's vehicle damage does not even cost 11K. Your client called yesterday regarding the R11,897.60 but you could not give him answers instead you denied deducting such amount.

Budget insurance let me see if the Ombudsman does agree.
