HARRASSMENT AND ISSUE OF POLICY WITHOUT CONSENT

We have requested a quote from Budget insurance last week the 28th December 2015.<br> When we spoke to the consultants on the phone, we expressly stated that we only need a quote, NOT A POLICY, but they still went ahead and processed the quote as a policy, after we notified them on several occasion that we do not give the go ahead for the policy, and that we are not interested in taking up the policy with themselves.<br> Today, 4th January 2016, we received another email from themselves whereby they informed us that we must confirm cancellation of policy. We do not see why we must cancel a policy that we never agreed to, and never gave consent to any of their consultants to go ahead with.<br> We have again sent them a email whereby we informed them that this matter will be taken further if they do not cancel immediately and also notify us via email that this was done.<br> They have harassed us from day one that we asked for a quote up to now, and this matter will be taken further should they not stop this with immediate effect and also send a confirmation that this policy is cancelled.<br> Regards<br> Mr and Mrs Venter<br> ***<br> ***
