Harrasment!

I am extremely annoyed by the way you guys handled an incident. Your client had advised that she would cover the excess for the damage which was recorded telephonically and even when the assistant from your company called me he was knowledgeable about the fact that she had advised that Budget should not try and claim the excess from me as she would pay it. I had also told your company whoever that lady was with an attitude to contact me and yet they are not. The type of non-stop harassment you guys are doing and threatening is absurd! I will be contacting the ombudsman about this as well as one thing was agreed upon and you guys keep changing.
