Happy client. Claim was dealt with swiftly. No Hassle
I'm pleased to be insured with Budget because they have turned a bad situation into a good. We didn't start off at a good start. But I do recommend them and commend them on how quickly and efficiently my claim has been approved and already my car is getting fixed. And my accident was on the ,24th of May. Some insurances I won't mention take 3 month's to actually approve and get the car fixed. I'm not saying they are going to have it ready in a jiffy,but I'm glad there's progress and generally that's what any car owner would like to know and hear after such a terrible accident. Thanks Budget. I will be informing other's too about this good service.

The claim was dealt with but I'm very angry with the panel beater, up to the manager. At first they updated me very well, then when the car got to paint, thru sent me the same message for about a week. and when I asked the lady handling my car , she gave me a load full of attitude and I don't appreciate that, cz these are your trusted panel beaters which you trust with your clients cars, the service is despicable. They told me central locking works for 3 doors except the drivers side, mind you I had to dig this info, Even the manager there is Rude and not timely I'm giving me this information. They promised me that I'd be collecting the car from last week Friday. Everyday is a different story with these people. I'm so tired of this ,I will not be recommending you to other potential customers if you continue o deal with these *********** people. I need my car this Friday. If not. I'm going to publish this review.
